Jackie Cooper, President

Jackie Cooper, President of Cooper Construction Management & Consulting, co-founded CCMC with the understanding that construction wasn’t solely about building buildings, but rather it was increasingly about mitigating risk. Managing and controlling construction operations, Jackie’s goal is to provide each client with the necessary resources to assist with this process by providing unparalleled knowledge, experience and commitment, ultimately resulting in a project that is built on time, and under budget.

As an accomplished construction professional, Jackie has over 21 years of experience in construction and is a recognized industry leader, serving as Board Member for the Associated General Contractors, Florida East Coast chapter.

In addition to his vast experience, Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts and is a LEED Accredited Professional, focusing on green building practices set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). As a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, CGC1518961, Jackie is the firm’s qualifying agent.


Veronica Cooper, Vice President

Veronica Cooper, Vice President of Cooper Construction Management & Consulting has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. In her current position Veronica establishes the strategic direction for the firm including strategic relationships and alliances, corporate culture and branding, as well as new business and market development.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is well versed in many areas; however, one of her core strengths is her ability to instinctively understand her client’s needs and to successfully translate those needs into a highly effective and efficient plan of action. She is a member in good standing with the American Marketing Association.
